We offer same day dispatch on orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. 

Please note, we do not dispatch orders on bank holidays, these are dispatched next working day.

Royal Mail International (Estimated 5–10 Business Days) is an estimated delivery timeframe and may vary due to customs processing and the destination country’s postal service. We kindly ask that up to 20 working days must be allowed before a replacement is issued or a refund is processed.

Customs Fees Policy

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with your order are determined by the destination country. These charges are not set or collected by us, and we have no control over the amount or applicability.

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any fees applied to their order upon delivery.

  • Shipping: Your order may be held until applicable fees are paid.

  • Estimates: We are unable to provide an exact calculation of these fees, as they vary by country and shipment.

By placing an order with us, you agree to cover any applicable fees charged.                                

If an order placed before 3pm qualifies for same day dispatch but contains an issue (for example: no key code provided, the code supplied does not fall within the range for the key purchased, or a photo of the key is required), we will contact you via email to request the necessary information.

If we do not receive a response by 3pm, the order will be dispatched on the next working day once the required details have been provided.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. If an incorrect address or an address missing required details is submitted and the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund or resend the key free of charge. Any replacement or redelivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
